We all know the scenario, going out for the evening and cannot peel ourselves into our favourite jeans. We then want to lose the extra weight immediately, well I always do. Is this possible without starvation or a quick fix diet? It can be done with the correct diet plan and information.
Unless you want to be hooked on quick fix diets, rather like cigarettes, you must have a plan. Put a start date for your weight loss programme into your diary. Let everybody know your trying to lose weight, oh and if they still try to force unsuitable food on you, take no notice. Have a really good look at types of diets and which one will suit your daily routine.
It has been stated that exercising in the morning burns more calories and fat off than in the evening.
Nutrition and a good, healthy diet are linked together. Whilst dieting it is very important that your body is still receiving the essential nutrients it needs. If you do use any quick fix diets then vitamin supplements are recommended. Bear in mind that processed foods are high in sodium which will retain fluid. These need to be removed from your diet wherever possible.

There are countless of websites out there that give medical advice, some good, some not so good. If you type in something like sore throat, you’ll come up with thousands of hits. This can often be confusing, as most are simply advertisments. Some of the other sites, are written by doctors, for doctors and are hard to understand. They cite all kinds of statistics and clinical studies, and don’t really talk about what to do in a real world setting. Even worse, there are many sites that simply regurgitate what other authoritative sites have written, often misinterpreting valuable information and instructions.
Recently, my son woke up with a high fever, and I had to take him to the emergency room for what was in my view, was a serious condition. After a 2 hour visit, they told us there was nothing to worry about, and that it would go away soon.
I started wondering if there was a website that could help me decide in the early morning hours of the morning, if I really had to go to the emergency room. A general reference for simple problems, that could help me make simple decisions and help me decide what was serious, and what I could handle at home. Nothing too involved, just some common sense tips. Here’s what I found:

Working out is a time-consuming, strenuous (if you’re doing it right) process that takes hours each week to maintain. You have to plan for it if you hope to reach your fitness goals. Even so, many people sabotage themselves by leaving out one of the most important aspects of fitness: eating right.
Eating right will determine how you look, regardless of what you do in the gym for fitness training. Go ahead and work out for 2 hours a day, but if you’re not eating the right foods at the right time, you’re just spinning your wheels, and you won’t achieve your fitness goals.
If you frequent a gym, you will notice a group of people that look exactly the same for years, even though they’ve been in the gym for the entire time! They don’t seem to know how to reach their fitness goals, and the reason is probably because of their diet.
You can’t just work hard in the gym, you also need to work hard in the kitchen. This means that no matter how hungry you feel for fast food after a difficult workout, you have to maintain a proper diet.
